Oh no, you have a duplicate Lead and Contact in Salesforce. This does happen and fortunately for us, this is easy to fix. As a lead creation best practice, you should always search the lead name in Salesforce to make sure that it is not an existing record. But, what happens if someone creates and works a new lead that is already a contact in your Salesforce Org?
